Majestic and imposing, the red-tailed hawk embodies the quiet power of the skies. To observe this creature is to contemplate a living work of art, a timeless symbol of freedom and indomitable strength.

In this painting, merging from 'between' the material (canvas) and the non-material (meaning), between the abstract and the figurative, between the words and the images, can offer an intriguing insight into these subject matters.

Summer In Bloom 3 - Sandra Gebhardt-Hoepfner
I am catching the light in nature. This poppies field is near Bünsdorf at my second studio in Schleswig-Holstein. I love how delicate these beauties are and they defy the sometimes strong wind in these areas. Here in "Summer In Bloom 3" the sunset is setting in and the scene becomes dreamy and enchanted. I created the oil painting on canvas with brushes and palette knives.

L'instant végétal - Hélène Cloua
This creation weaves an organic reverie, a visual symphony where humans literally blend into nature. This painting is a dreamlike celebration of the living, where the imagination meets the plant in a gentle poetic alchemy. The color palette, dominated by earthy tones—ochre, forest green, brown—evokes a fertile, profound, almost ancestral nature.

Motherhood - Iris Schoenmakers
A mother alpaca and her cria stand close in a sunlit meadow, their wool glowing in warm, earthy tones. The soft brushstrokes.

Flamenco - Ilze Rohr
I am inspired by flowers and nature. Red tulips grew in my garden and fascinated me with their fiery color

Mystique in Red - Anna Boenschen
A magical black panther sits in a graceful, almost coquettish pose, crowned with a red top hat adorned with a golden ribbon. Yellow glowing eyes make the golden plate shine even brighter, while the top hat reflects the noble hue of the pomegranate. In front of him lies the ruby-red pomegranate, symbolizing wisdom and hidden, profound knowledge, its sensual presence carrying the secrets of the night

Matritava - Motherhood - Anjali Nanda
In this vibrant Gond-style painting, a radiant red canvas sets the stage for a tender embrace between a mother and child, their earthy-toned forms symbolizing a deep connection to the land. Surrounding them, a lively gathering of birds adds energy and harmony, each stroke is a tribute to nature’s beauty.

Paper Heart - Ronn Kools
This work was painted last year with just oxydred. It shows a young man in a vulnerable position still facing the world with pride. It shows how beautiful vulnerable masculinity can be. It stands up against our more and more conservative society; with hope and pride.

Powerful Field - Hennie Van de Lande
I see an abstract painting but I can see a landscape too. A powerful landscape in which you can make happy memories. But it’s not what you look at that matters, it’s what YOU see.
Contest 5 "Frosty Celebrations"

A Christmas Wish - Saskia Thurner
The painting "A Christmas Wish" shows a touching scene between a cow and Santa Claus. The warm color palette with the strong red of the coat and the calm brown of the cow create a cozy and wintery mood. The contrast between the lively expression of the animal and the caring gesture of Santa Claus conveys a feeling of peace, care and magic at Christmas time.

Eglise à St-Jean - Martin Côté
Historic church in Quebec, bathed in the warm glow of the setting sun.

Magic Snow Globe - Angie Kapnoula
This painting is a snowglobe, totally dedicated to my loving mother to honour her. Maybe it represents this little globe in her head that carries fragments and glimpses of all the beautiful memories she lived

Percée lumineuse - Patrick Egger
Acrylic painting on canvas, which immerses us in an almost unreal winter atmosphere through the play of shadows and light in a freshly snow-covered forest clearing

Rives d'hiver - Victoria Coiana
Walking in the forest around my house, I marvel
at the snowy nature.
The whiteness and light of winter give a magical aspect to this forest and I almost expect to see fairies and elves coming out of it

The shades of grey and brown, which are sometimes very dominant in autumn, are interrupted by the dominant red of the rose hips, giving the painting a sense of vibrancy. Here, too, different textured layers of paint give the painting it's depth.

Ste-Pétronille-de-l’Île-d’Orléans - Martin Côté
Autumn Colours on Île d’Orléans

Transitional Procession - Theodora Stougiannou

Soleil levant - Hélène Cloua
When abstraction meets the sun. Each brushstroke, each color, is an expression of energy, freedom, feelings and sensations. It is an act of letting go, reflecting my experience and marked by a deep feeling.

Warming Yellow - Luca Isabelle Spajic
Where can we find a kind of immaterial universal security in a material, transient world? With my work "Warming Yellow", I aim to visualise one of those supposedly small and often seemingly fleeting moments of belonging, security and home.

Sunset - Marco Raggi
Crossing the thin line of the horizon, everything comes to an end, dissolving into infinite indistinction.
Contest 2 "Blue"
Contest 1 "Spring"

SPRING REVELATION - Daniela Prezioso Einwaller
The painting captures the beauty of rebirth. Spring, a symbol of hope and new beginnings, is represented through a female figure who lifts the veil of night to reveal the light of the nascent day and the new season. The serene landscape in the background amplifies this sense of rebirth and invites the viewer to reflect on the cyclical nature of life and the constant possibility of renewal.

#I flowerfield - close your eyes and see series - Natalia Schaefer
An invitation to the viewer to close their eyes and immerse themselves in the depths of their own imagination and dream travel. Immerse yourself in a harmonious balance between forms and create a poetic atmosphere. "Close Your Eyes and See" is a journey through the unknown, an artistic ode to the power of imagination.

Les débutantes au bal du printemps - Victoria Coiana
I use the three basic colors to create the shades that suit me. White is a reserve of the paper. My inspiration comes mainly from the nature that surrounds me and which I observe with attention and joy. In this watercolor, "The debutantes at the spring ball", I represented the crocuses which brighten up our meadows and which open the spring ball!
